Personal Information Protection Policy
At Nitivy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “the Company”), in regards to the Company’s use in business of the Company’s customers’ and business associates’, etc., personal information as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter, “the Personal Information Protection Act”) and specific personal information as defined in the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (hereinafter, “the My Number Act”), the Company hereby declares that we shall establish voluntary rules and systems, create a Personal Information Protection Policy as follows, and execute and maintain integrated management.
1. Use of Personal Information and Specific Personal Information
The Company will use the personal information provided by customers within the scope of the purpose of use for which customers are notified of in advance or which is announced on the Company’s website. The Company will not use personal information outside of that scope.
The Company will only use specific personal information within the scope permitted by the My Number Act. The Company will not use specific personal information for any other purpose.
2. Regarding the Acquisition of Personal Information and Specific Personal Information
The Company will acquire personal information and specific personal information by lawful and fair means. The Company will not acquire said information by illegal means. Furthermore, when acquiring said information, the Company will notify individuals of the purpose of use or announce the purpose of use on the Company’s website.
3. Consignment of Personal Information and Specific Personal Information
When jointly utilizing personal information with a third party or entrusting personal information and specific personal information to a third party in order to outsource business, the Company will investigate the third party, enter into the necessary contract, and provide necessary and appropriate supervision.

In principle, the Company will not provide personal information acquired from customers to third parties unless the customer has given their consent or said provision is permitted by law. The Company will not provide specific personal information, etc., to third parties unless permitted by law.

If a customer requests disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc., of their own personal information based on laws and regulations, the Company will respond appropriately based on the prescribed procedures.
6. Regarding Safety Measures for Personal Information and Specified Personal Information
In order to prevent the loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage, etc., of personal information and specific personal information, the Company will take appropriate information security measures including measures against unauthorized access and computer viruses.
7. Implementation of Continued Improvements
The Company will establish, implement, and maintain a personal information management system, review the system as necessary based on changes in social conditions, etc., and strive to continuously improve the system.
8. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Norms
When handling personal information and specific personal information, the Company will comply with the Personal Information Protection Act, the My Number Act, related laws and regulations, and other norms.
9. Regarding Changes to the Personal Information Protection Policy
The Company may change the contents of the Personal Information Protection Policy as necessary. The Company is unable to contact customers each time that we make a change, so please refer to the latest information on the Company’s website when using the website.
