Based on our unique dry spinning process for polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), we have developed products that contribute to energy conservation in response to market needs, such as water soluble yarn which dissolves in low temperatures, and a continuous alumina fiber.

We will continue to develop products that meet these market needs, and thus will promote research and development focused on new functional fibers which contribute to the comfort of people's lives, as well as the application of existing products to new fields, while also being environmentally-friendly.

In the dry spinning method, raw materials are dissolved in a solvent that evaporates with heat, and then extruded through a spinning nozzle into heated air to evaporate the solvent and form fibers.

We use only water for the solvent of raw materials.
